These terms are an agreement between you and Mettlio, a sole proprietorship run by Tijil Jha ("Mettlio", "we", "us"). By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Mettlio is an online service that finds job openings, ranks them for you, prepares tailored résumés and cover letters, submits applications you have authorised, and keeps you updated by email, WhatsApp or phone. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
3. Your information and your authorisation
- You confirm that the information you give us — including your résumé, experience and answers — is true and yours to share. We will not invent qualifications, but you are responsible for checking what we prepare.
- You authorise Mettlio to create and submit job applications on your behalf, and to create accounts on employer careers sites where needed for those applications, within the preferences and limits you set.
- If you connect your inbox, you authorise Mettlio to read job-related emails only, to track your applications. You can disconnect it at any time.
- You can pause or stop applications at any time.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
Hiring decisions are made by employers. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, a particular salary or that any employer will respond. Job listings come from public sources and may change or close without notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no false identities, no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer our systems, and no use that breaches an employer's or website's rules where we tell you about them.
6. Fees
Joining the waitlist is free. If we introduce paid plans, prices, billing and refunds will be shown before you pay and are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Mettlio name, website and software belong to us. Your résumé and personal content remain yours; you give us a limited licence to use them only to provide the service to you.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Mettlio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
